Alexandra Apolloni

Alexandra Apolloni holds a Ph.D. in Musicology from UCLA. She is the author of the book Freedom Girls: Voicing Femininity in 1960s British Pop. Her work has appeared in the Journal of Popular Music Studies, American Music Review, the Journal of the Society of American Music, the Toast, Hippo Reads, and other publications. She currently works at Yale where she heads faculty development projects for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office.
