Luke Harlow

Luke Harlow is an associate professor of history at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. A historian of religion and politics in the American Civil War Era, he is the author of Religion, Race, and the Making of Confederate Kentucky, 1830-1880 (Cambridge, 2014), as well as several articles and essays on that period. He recently served as an associate editor for the Journal of the Civil War Era.
