Vicki Byard

Vicki Byard is a Professor of English and Women’s and Gender Studies at Northeastern Illinois University. She is the Director of the First-Year Writing Program and has served as Faculty Fellow in NEIU’s Center for Diversity and Intercultural Affairs. Her work focuses on rhetoric, writing pedagogies, culturally inclusive pedagogies, anti-racism, LGBTQ+ literature and history, and physical embodiment. She can be contacted at [email protected].
