Toronto bluegrass band the Slocan Ramblers released their latest album Coffee Creek back in July, and have just released a great little video for the track “Angeline”, which was recorded live in the studio.
“Here’s a one-take, live off the floor recording of Angeline,” says Adrian Gross. “We did this video series during the Coffee Creek sessions in the same studio we were recording the record – just trying to capture the energy and vibe of the room and the sessions. Come to think of it, the take of Angeline that appears on Coffee Creek was recorded in the exactly the same way, one full take in the same studio.”
